B120 Dovetail milling jig set for making a traditional dovetail joint. This dovetail milling jig set is made of solid and extra stiff stainless steel.

If you are going to work serially with this dovetail milling jig, you can screw a stop (e.g. a wooden block) onto the back of milling jig-A and milling jig-B. This is easy to do, because the milling jigs have metric size indications on both the front and the back. It is important that you maintain the correct depth of the cutter to achieve the correct result. The depth setting of the dovetail cutter must be the same for both milling jig-A and milling jig-B. To set the correct depth, use our supplied stop aid. The depth dimensions are also indicated on the milling jigs themselves.

This B120 Dovetail milling jig set can be used on beams with a width of 120mm or more, with a height as long as the recess fits. 247WOOD does recommend applying constructively responsible relationships.

We recommend using a powerful router with at least 2200W and a shank of 12mm
