How can I order as an entrepreneur outside the Netherlands?

Are you a business customer outside the Netherlands? No problem! You can easily place your order at www.247wood.nl.

In Step 2 (ADDRESS DETAILS) of the checkout process, business customers can enter their VAT number. This will be verified instantly, and VAT will be automatically deducted. (Please note: this does not apply to Dutch customers.)

Important: Make sure to enter your VAT number correctly and without spaces. Also, take a moment to review our return policy to avoid any surprises.

For international shipments, the shipping costs are automatically calculated in step 3 of the checkout process based on the weight of your order.

⚠️ Please note: If you order a product with a length surcharge, the standard shipping rates and free shipping offer do not apply.

Reorder if you have already placed an order

Forgot something in your order? No worries!

Have you placed and paid for an order but realized you forgot something? No problem! Simply place a new order and select PICK UP instead of SHIPPING at checkout. This way, you'll only pay shipping costs once for both orders!

Please note:
βœ… Additional orders can only be placed on business days before 3:00 PM.
βœ… Make sure to mention in the "Comments/Questions" field (found in step 3 of the payment method) that you want to add this order to your previous one.

This way, we keep things smooth and cost-effective for you!

Return of your order

You can easily return your product within 30 days of receiving it by submitting a request via our online return form (at the bottom of this page). After your request, you have 14 more days to send the product back. Please make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).

Important conditions:

⚠️ Products with signs of use cannot be returned.
⚠️ Return requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
⚠️ For returns from outside the Netherlands, both the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refunds – How does it work?

Once we receive your returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any original shipping costs) within 14 days to the same account you used for payment. Please note: return shipping costs are not refunded.

Exception:

If we made a mistake, such as delivering the wrong or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, other costs, such as damages or expenses resulting from the return, cannot be reimbursed.

Do I have to be at home when delivering?

"We highly appreciate it if the person who placed the order is present at the time of delivery. If someone else will be receiving the order, please mention this in the general comments of your order. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance via order@247wood.nl or call us at +31 297-272773. Thank you!"

If you pay with iDEAL, we will process and ship your order immediately. The same applies to PayPal payments—your order will be processed right after verification.

Want to cancel your order? Please let us know as soon as possible via +31 297-272773 or order@247wood.nl to avoid unnecessary shipping costs!

We will then ensure that your payment is refunded within 1 to 2 business days, along with a credit note.

Pick up your order in our store

You are more than welcome to pick up your order! In step 3 of the ordering process, you can easily select the option to collect your order yourself. As soon as your order is ready, we will give you a call to let you know when you can pick it up. We’ll make sure everything is ready for you!
