    Lock Router template

    With these milling templates, you can effortlessly mill a lock. The SKS series templates allow you to mill the entire lock in a single setup. In addition, all front and side plates within the SKS series are interchangeable, making it easy to expand your existing set for different backsets and/or faceplate sizes.

    About the SKS system

    This universal lock case router template consists of separate front and side plates, which you can assemble to your heart's content. This is in contrast to other systems where you have to purchase a different router template for each slot. The system is suitable for the most common locks of, among others, Nemef Assa-abloy and DX.

    Easy and fast

    The U-cassette shape allows you to machine the front plate, handle and cylinder in a fixture, which significantly reduces the risk of errors.>Then you can also use the template to cut the cabinet cutoutThe side plates have a certain freedom of movement so that you can process doors from 38 millimeters to 43 millimeters thick.

    Ring and chisel

    As is common with 247wood, this SKS system also works with a 24 millimeter copying ring and a 18 mm milling cutter. If you also want to mill the cabinet cut-out with the router, you will need an extended router or our milling extension adapter.
